Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-4508 + trastuzumab + pertuzumab + nab-paclitaxel is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic solid tumors, particularly those that are HER2-positive. The regimen consists of HRS-4508, an oral small molecule developed by Jiangsu HengRui Medicine, combined with the HER2-targeted monoclonal antibodies trastuzumab and pertuzumab, and the chemotherapy agent nab-paclitaxel (albumin-bound paclitaxel). HRS-4508 is currently in Phase 1b/2 clinical development (NCT07140393). While the precise molecular target of HRS-4508 has not been publicly disclosed, its inclusion in this HER2-targeted regimen suggests it may act as a synergistic agent in HER2-driven malignancies. The combination aims to provide comprehensive anti-tumor activity through dual HER2 blockade, microtubule stabilization, and the novel mechanism of HRS-4508.
