Overview
HRS-5041 + SHR2554 is an investigational oral combination therapy for advanced prostate cancer. HRS-5041 is a small-molecule drug that targets the androgen receptor via PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera) technology, potentially leading to targeted degradation of the androgen receptor. SHR2554 (also called zeprumetostat) is a highly selective small-molecule inhibitor of Enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), a methyltransferase involved in tumor growth and progression. The combination aims to provide dual blockade of androgen receptor signaling and epigenetic regulation (EZH2), relevant to the progression of advanced prostate cancer and potentially other cancers[1][2][5].
