HRS-5041 + SHR2554 is an investigational oral combination therapy for advanced prostate cancer. HRS-5041 is a small-molecule drug that targets the androgen receptor via PROTAC (proteolysis-targeting chimera) technology, potentially leading to targeted degradation of the androgen receptor. SHR2554 (also called zeprumetostat) is a highly selective small-molecule inhibitor of Enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), a methyltransferase involved in tumor growth and progression.
