Overview

HRS-5632 is an investigational drug developed for the treatment of lipoprotein disorders, which are characterized by abnormal metabolism of plasma lipoproteins and are a risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials, with studies evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity following single subcutaneous injection in healthy subjects. The precise mechanism of action has not been disclosed as of now. HRS-5632 is being developed by Hengrui Medicine (Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals) and Fujian Suncadia Pharmaceuticals.
