HRS-6093

HRS-6093 is a novel, potent, highly selective, oral KRAS G12D inhibitor in development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS G12D mutations. The drug works by specifically binding to the KRAS G12D mutant protein, thereby inhibiting its function and exerting anti-tumor activity. HRS-6093 is currently being investigated in a multicenter, open-label, phase I clinical trial evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors with confirmed KRAS G12D mutations who have failed standard therapies or for whom no standard therapy exists. No similar KRAS G12D-specific inhibitors are currently approved for clinical use worldwide. HRS-6093 was developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine.
