HRS-6208

HRS-6208 is a novel, selective small molecule inhibitor developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It is designed to efficiently and selectively inhibit phosphorylation activation of its molecular target, thereby affecting cell cycle progression and transcriptional activity, ultimately inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and exerting anti-tumor effects. The precise molecular target has not been publicly disclosed as of June 2025. The drug is currently in Phase I clinical trials in China to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have relapsed or progressed after standard treatments or have no available standard options[1][2][3][4][5].
