Overview

HRS-6209 is an investigational small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4), developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, with a primary focus on breast cancer. As a CDK4 modulator, it targets cell cycle regulation to inhibit tumor cell proliferation. The drug is being evaluated in multiple phase I/II clinical trials both as monotherapy and in combination with agents such as letrozole, fulvestrant, HRS-8080, and HRS-1358 in patients with advanced unresectable or metastatic breast cancer. Early studies are assessing its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy[2][3][6][7].
