HRS-6209 + HRS-1358

HRS-6209 + HRS-1358 is an investigational combination therapy under development for the treatment of advanced unresectable or metastatic breast cancer. HRS-6209 is a small molecule inhibitor targeting cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4), while HRS-1358 is a small molecule estrogen receptor degrader (ER degrader).
