Overview

HRS-6209 + HRS-1358 is an investigational combination therapy under development for the treatment of advanced unresectable or metastatic breast cancer. HRS-6209 is a small molecule inhibitor targeting cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4), while HRS-1358 is a small molecule estrogen receptor degrader (ER degrader). The combination aims to inhibit tumor cell proliferation by simultaneously blocking CDK4-mediated cell cycle progression and degrading the estrogen receptor, which is often implicated in hormone receptor-positive breast cancers. Both agents are being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine, with clinical trials ongoing to evaluate their safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors and breast cancer[1][2][5][6][7].
