Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a triple combination therapy developed by Shandong Suncadia Medicine Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals) for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, particularly those harboring KRAS G12C mutations. The regimen consists of HRS-7058, a small molecule inhibitor of the KRAS G12C mutant protein; SHR-A2102, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Nectin-4 with a topoisomerase I (TOP1) inhibitor payload; and SHR-1316 (adebrelimab), a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1). By combining targeted inhibition of the KRAS pathway, cytotoxic delivery via an ADC, and immune checkpoint blockade, the therapy aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and enhance anti-tumor efficacy in solid tumors.
