Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-7058 + SHR-A1202 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Shandong Suncadia Medicine, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors. The combination consists of HRS-7058, an oral small molecule inhibitor of Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase 1 and 2 (ERK1/2), and SHR-A1202, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). HRS-7058 works by blocking the MAPK/ERK pathway, a critical signaling cascade for cell growth that is frequently hyperactivated in various cancers. SHR-A1202 utilizes a monoclonal antibody to specifically deliver a cytotoxic payload to HER2-positive cells. This dual-action approach aims to provide enhanced antitumor efficacy and overcome potential resistance mechanisms in patients with advanced solid tumors.
