Overview

HRS-7172 + AG is an investigational combination regimen consisting of HRS-7172, a novel small molecule pan-RAS(on) molecular glue, combined with the AG chemotherapy regimen (albumin-bound paclitaxel [nab-paclitaxel] and gemcitabine). Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, HRS-7172 is designed to target tumors harboring RAS mutations or amplifications by binding to Cyclophilin A (PPIA) and active GTP-bound RAS proteins to form a stable tri-complex, thereby blocking downstream oncogenic signaling. The combination is being evaluated in a Phase IB/II clinical trial for the treatment of advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer and other solid tumors with RAS mutations or amplifications.
