Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-7450 is an investigational next-generation thrombolytic drug developed for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. It is being developed by Fujian Shengdi Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Hengrui Pharmaceutical. The drug is designed to promote thrombolysis (clot dissolution) without significantly affecting the body's natural coagulation and fibrinolytic balance, potentially reducing bleeding risk and extending the therapeutic time window for stroke intervention. Its precise mechanism of action has not been fully defined or disclosed in public sources, but it represents a new molecular entity within vascular disorder therapies. As of 2024, HRS-7450 is undergoing Phase I clinical trials in China for stroke and acute ischemic stroke.
