Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-8046 is an innovative, small molecule inhibitor independently developed by Hengrui Pharma for the treatment of solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation. KRAS G12D is a highly prevalent oncogenic driver mutation frequently found in pancreatic, colorectal, and other solid tumors, historically considered "undruggable". By selectively targeting the KRAS G12D mutant protein, HRS-8046 aims to inhibit downstream oncogenic signaling pathways, thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation and survival. In October 2026, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China approved clinical trials for HRS-8046 tablets as a monotherapy in patients with KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors.
