HRS2300

HRS2300 is an orally administered small molecule drug candidate under development by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors and advanced malignancies. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials, both as a monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as SHR-1316 (a PD-L1 inhibitor), SHR-1701 (a bifunctional fusion protein targeting PD-L1 and TGF-beta), trametinib (a MEK inhibitor), and almonertinib (an EGFR inhibitor).
