Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS2300 + SHR-1316 is an experimental combination therapy studied in patients with advanced malignant tumors. HRS2300 is a chemical compound classified as an antineoplastic agent with an as-yet undefined mechanism of action. SHR-1316 is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. The combination was evaluated in early-phase clinical trials for its safety and tolerability, primarily in solid tumors and advanced cancers, with the expectation that HRS2300’s antineoplastic activity may synergize with the immunomodulatory effects of SHR-1316. Both components are being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals.
