HRS2398 + adebrelimab

HRS2398 + adebrelimab is a combination investigational therapy consisting of HRS2398, a small molecule inhibitor targeting serine-protein kinase ATR (ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related protein), and adebrelimab, a fully humanized IgG4 anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody. HRS2398 functions as an ATR inhibitor involved in DNA damage response, while adebrelimab blocks the PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway, enhancing anti-tumor immune response. The combination is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for advanced malignant solid tumors, targeting improved efficacy via synergistic DNA repair inhibition and immune activation. Both agents are developed by Shanghai Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co.
