HRYZ-T101 is a cell therapy product consisting of genetically engineered T lymphocytes (TCR-T cells) that express a specific T-cell receptor targeting the E7 antigen peptide of human papillomavirus type 18 (HPV-18), presented by the HLA-DRB1*09:01 molecule. This therapy is designed to recognize and kill HPV18-positive tumor cells, releasing antitumor cytokines such as IFNγ, TNFα, IL2, and Granzyme B to induce apoptosis in tumor cells and promote proliferation of the therapeutic TCR-T cells. It is being developed primarily for HPV18-positive solid tumors including cervical cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, vaginal cancer, vulvar cancer, anal cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of various sites, and penile carcinoma. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials in China[1][2][3][4][5][6].
