HS-10241 + almonertinib is an investigational oral combination therapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutation and MET amplification, particularly after failure of prior EGFR-TKI therapy. HS-10241 is a highly selective small molecule inhibitor targeting the MET receptor tyrosine kinase, which plays a key role in acquired resistance to EGFR-TKIs. Almonertinib is a third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI), developed for NSCLC patients with activating EGFR mutations, including T790M resistance mutations. The combination aims to overcome MET-driven resistance mechanisms by dual inhibition of both pathways. Clinical studies have shown that this regimen is well tolerated and demonstrates encouraging antitumor activity in this patient population[1][2][4].
