HS-10340

HS-10340 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor specifically targeting the KRAS G12D mutation, developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine. KRAS G12D is a prevalent oncogenic driver in several aggressive cancers, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. HS-10340 is designed to selectively inhibit the mutant KRAS protein, thereby disrupting the downstream signaling pathways that lead to uncontrolled cell growth and tumor progression. Unlike Hengrui's intravenous KRAS G12D candidate, HRS-4642, HS-10340 is administered orally as a tablet. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
