Overview

HS-10370 is an oral, highly selective small molecule inhibitor that targets the KRAS G12C mutant protein. By binding to and inhibiting the activity of KRAS G12C, HS-10370 blocks mutant-dependent signaling pathways involved in cell growth and survival. This mechanism disrupts oncogenic signaling driven by KRAS mutations, which are common in certain cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The drug is being developed primarily for advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12C mutation, with a focus on NSCLC. Clinical studies have shown favorable safety and tolerability profiles in early-phase trials, with promising efficacy signals especially in NSCLC patients with this mutation. HS-10370 was independently developed by Hansoh Pharma (Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical) and is currently under investigation in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors and locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC[1][2][3][4][5].
