Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-10370 + adebrelimab + platinum-based chemotherapy is an investigational combination regimen under clinical development for the first-line treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring a KRAS G12C mutation. The triplet regimen consists of HS-10370, an orally bioavailable, selective, and covalent small-molecule inhibitor of KRAS G12C developed by Hansoh Pharma; adebrelimab, an intravenous humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine; and standard platinum-based doublet chemotherapy (typically pemetrexed combined with cisplatin or carboplatin). By simultaneously inhibiting oncogenic KRAS G12C signaling, blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint pathway, and inducing cytotoxic DNA damage, the combination aims to overcome tumor immune evasion and synergistically inhibit tumor cell proliferation. It is currently being evaluated in a randomized, open-label Phase III trial (NCT07822542) comparing the triplet regimen with and without adebrelimab against tislelizumab plus platinum doublet chemotherapy.
