HS-10374

HS-10374 is an orally administered, highly selective, allosteric tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It is being developed primarily by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group and its affiliates. The drug has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy in phase II trials for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, with a favorable safety profile similar to other TYK2 inhibitors but with less risk of skin toxicity. Ongoing phase III trials are further evaluating its efficacy and safety in this indication. In addition to plaque psoriasis, HS-10374 is also under investigation for psoriatic arthritis (phase II) and alopecia areata (IND approval).
