Overview
HS-10398 is an orally administered, small molecule drug candidate developed as a Category 1 innovative drug by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical and its subsidiaries. It is currently in early clinical development (Phase 1) for the treatment of immunoglobulin A nephropathy and membranous nephropathy, with specific indications to be determined after completion of clinical trials. The mechanism of action has not been disclosed publicly as of now. Clinical studies are ongoing to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and the impact of food on pharmacokinetics in healthy volunteers and patients with renal impairment[1][2][3][4].
