Overview

HS-10502 is an orally bioavailable, selective small molecule inhibitor of poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1), developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. By selectively binding to and inhibiting PARP1, HS-10502 blocks the repair of damaged DNA via the base excision repair pathway, leading to accumulation of DNA damage and potential cancer cell death. The drug is being investigated in phase I clinical trials for various advanced cancers, including recurrent ovarian cancer, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer (including triple-negative breast cancer), advanced prostate carcinoma, and advanced gastric carcinoma. It is being developed by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical[1][3][4][5][7].
