Overview

HS-10529 is an **oral, highly selective small molecule inhibitor** specifically designed to target the KRAS G12D mutation. It is being developed as a therapy for **advanced solid tumors** harboring KRAS G12D mutations, including cancers such as pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. Preclinical studies have demonstrated favorable pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and safety. It is currently being evaluated in a **phase 1 clinical trial** for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors that are refractory to standard therapies. HS-10529 is self-developed by Hansoh Pharmaceutical[1][2][4][5][7][10].
