HS-130 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf cell therapy engineered to secrete OX40L-Fc fusion protein. It is designed to enhance T-cell activation through localized OX40-mediated co-stimulation of dormant immune signals, specifically aiming to induce antigen-specific CD8+ T cell proliferation. The drug leverages the same parent cell line as HS-110 but differs by its secretion of the OX40 ligand (OX40L), a potent immunostimulatory molecule. Developed for use in combination with other immunotherapies such as viagenpumatucel-L (HS-110), it targets patients with advanced solid tumors refractory to standard treatments. The primary mechanism involves stimulating the OX40 pathway on T cells to boost anti-tumor immune responses[2][4][7].
