Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20089 + adebrelimab is a combination regimen under clinical development for advanced solid tumors. HS-20089 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a humanized IgG1 anti-B7-H4 monoclonal antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a protease-cleavable linker. It targets B7-H4, an immune checkpoint glycoprotein overexpressed in ovarian and endometrial cancers. Adebrelimab is a fully humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), enhancing anti-tumor immune response by blocking the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 and B7-1. The combination seeks to leverage targeted cytotoxicity by HS-20089 and immune activation by adebrelimab for synergistic anti-tumor activity. Developed and investigated primarily for advanced or recurrent gynecological and other solid tumors, including ovarian and endometrial cancers[1][2][3][5].
