Overview

**HS-20089 + bevacizumab** is an investigational combination therapy in clinical trials for advanced solid tumors and certain gynecological malignancies. HS-20089 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting B7-H4 (VTCN1), conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor via a protease-cleavable linker, aiming to deliver cytotoxic payloads to B7-H4-expressing tumor cells while sparing normal tissue[1][3][7]. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets and neutralizes VEGF-A to inhibit angiogenesis in tumors[2][4]. The combination seeks to attack cancer cells directly via ADC payload cytotoxicity and disrupt their vascular supply for enhanced antitumor efficacy.
