Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20090 is a human IgG2 monoclonal antibody with affinity and specificity for human RANK ligand (RANKL). It is being developed by Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical as a biosimilar to Denosumab (Xgeva®). The drug works by inhibiting RANKL, which plays a crucial role in bone metabolism. HS-20090 is primarily being developed for the prevention or delay of bone-related events in patients with bone metastases from solid tumors. Clinical studies have shown that HS-20090 is highly similar to Xgeva® in terms of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety profiles, and immunogenicity in healthy Chinese subjects.
