Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20093 + bevacizumab is a combination of two anticancer monoclonal antibody-based agents. HS-20093 is a B7-H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a fully humanized anti-B7-H3 monoclonal antibody covalently linked to a topoisomerase inhibitor payload, primarily developed for advanced solid tumors, including small cell lung cancer and osteosarcoma[4][6][8]. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thereby inhibiting tumor angiogenesis and growth[2][5][9]. This combination is being investigated for its potential to deliver both direct cytotoxicity via HS-20093’s ADC mechanism and antiangiogenic effects through bevacizumab in solid tumor treatment.
