Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This combination therapy consists of HS-20093, cetuximab, cisplatin, and carboplatin. **HS-20093** is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H3, a protein highly expressed in many solid tumor cells. HS-20093 uses a topoisomerase inhibitor payload to induce cytotoxicity upon internalization. Cetuximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), inhibiting downstream signaling and tumor growth. Cisplatin and carboplatin are platinum-based chemotherapeutic agents that induce DNA crosslinking and apoptosis. This combination is being investigated for its synergistic effects in advanced solid tumors, leveraging targeted therapy with cytotoxic chemotherapy to improve antitumor activity.
