Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20093 + HRS-5041 is an investigational combination therapy for advanced prostate cancer. HS-20093 is a fully humanized IgG1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets B7-H3, a membrane protein highly expressed on various solid tumor cells, including prostate cancer. The ADC is composed of an anti-B7-H3 monoclonal antibody linked to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, aiming to deliver cytotoxic agents directly to tumor cells and induce cell death. HRS-5041 is a small molecule proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) that selectively degrades the androgen receptor, disrupting androgen receptor-driven signaling central to prostate cancer progression. The combination is under investigation in a phase Ib clinical trial for safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with advanced prostate cancer who have progressed on prior standard therapies.
