HS-20105

HS-20105 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It consists of a humanized anti-Trop-2 monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 subtype, which is coupled via a cleavable linker to a cytotoxic payload that acts as a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor. The ADC specifically targets Trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2), a cell surface antigen overexpressed in various tumor types, allowing selective delivery of the cytotoxic agent to cancer cells. Upon binding to TROP-2 on tumor cells, the ADC is internalized and releases its payload intracellularly, leading to DNA damage and cell death. The drug was self-developed by Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group subsidiaries Shanghai Hansoh Biomedical Technology and Changzhou Hansoh Pharmaceutical[3][4][5][7]. As of late 2023/early 2024, it has entered phase 1/2 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors.
