Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20106 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), developed by Shanghai Hansoh Biomedicine Technology (Hansoh Pharma). DLL3 is an inhibitory Notch ligand that is highly and selectively expressed on the surface of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors, while showing minimal expression in normal tissues. HS-20106 is designed to bind specifically to DLL3-expressing cancer cells, undergo internalization, and release a potent cytotoxic payload—typically a topoisomerase I inhibitor based on Hansoh's proprietary ADC platform—to induce DNA damage and apoptosis. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for patients with advanced solid tumors, particularly those with neuroendocrine features such as SCLC and neuroendocrine carcinomas.
