Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-20110 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting cadherin-17 (CDH17), developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The drug was independently developed by Shanghai Hansoh Biomedical, a subsidiary of Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group. Its mechanism of action involves targeting CDH17, a protein implicated in tumor growth and progression, delivering cytotoxic agents directly to cancer cells expressing this target. As of early 2025, HS-20110 has received clinical trial approval from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in China and is undergoing Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors[1][2][3][5].
