HS-20110 + bevacizumab + oxaliplatin + capecitabine is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Hansoh Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. The regimen consists of HS-20110, a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Cadherin-17 (CDH17) conjugated to a topoisomerase inhibitor payload, combined with the VEGF inhibitor bevacizumab and the chemotherapy agents oxaliplatin and capecitabine (collectively known as CAPOX). CDH17 is a cell adhesion protein frequently overexpressed in gastrointestinal cancers. This combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase Ib/II clinical trial specifically for patients with advanced colorectal cancer who are non-MSI-H and BRAF V600E wild-type. In October 2025, Roche acquired exclusive worldwide rights (excluding Greater China) to develop and commercialize HS-20110.
