Overview

HS-20117 + aumolertinib is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations (Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R). HS-20117 is a fully human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1)-like bispecific antibody targeting both EGFR and MET receptors. Aumolertinib is an orally active third-generation small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that irreversibly binds inactive mutations of the EGFR, including T790M resistance mutations, to inhibit cell signaling and tumor growth. The combination is being evaluated for improved efficacy and resistance mechanisms in advanced NSCLC compared to aumolertinib alone[1][3][4][5].
