HS-20117 + aumolertinib

HS-20117 + aumolertinib is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations (Exon 19del or Exon 21 L858R). HS-20117 is a fully human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1)-like bispecific antibody targeting both EGFR and MET receptors. Aumolertinib is an orally active third-generation small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that irreversibly binds inactive mutations of the EGFR, including T790M resistance mutations, to inhibit cell signaling and tumor growth.
