HS-20117 + mFOLFOX6

HS-20117 + mFOLFOX6 is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors, including non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and colorectal cancer. HS-20117 (also known as PM1080) is a fully-human bispecific antibody that targets both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and c-Met, designed to inhibit tumor growth by blocking these pathways.
