Overview

HS-20122 is an **antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)** designed to target both the **Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)** and **Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-Met)**. It is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and colorectal cancer. The drug was originated by Shanghai Hansoh Biomedical and is also associated with Changzhou Hansoh Pharmaceutical. As of 2025, it is in Phase 1 clinical trials evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy in advanced solid tumors.
