HS-20122 + adbrelimab + platinum-based chemotherapy

HS-20122 + adbrelimab + platinum-based chemotherapy is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen consists of **HS-20122**, a novel monoclonal antibody targeting the immune checkpoint molecule **B7-H3** (CD276); **adbrelimab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against **PD-L1**; and a standard **platinum-based chemotherapy** backbone (such as cisplatin or carboplatin). HS-20122 is designed to inhibit B7-H3, which is frequently overexpressed in solid tumors and contributes to immune evasion and tumor progression. Adbrelimab acts as a checkpoint inhibitor by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, thereby restoring the anti-tumor activity of T cells. The addition of platinum-based chemotherapy provides a cytotoxic effect that may synergize with dual checkpoint inhibition. This combination is currently being investigated by Hansoh Pharmaceutical in Phase Ib clinical trials to assess its safety and efficacy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC.
