Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-25 (Haibofeiming) is a potent and highly selective small-molecule inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ), developed by Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical. PI3Kδ is primarily expressed in hematopoietic cells and plays a crucial role in B-cell receptor signaling, which is often dysregulated in various hematological malignancies. By inhibiting PI3Kδ, HS-25 disrupts the survival and proliferation of malignant B-cells. It is currently being investigated in clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and other lymphomas. The drug is also being explored for broader indications in hematology, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
