Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-301 is a small-molecule kinase inhibitor developed by Hanhui Pharmaceutical. It was designed to target neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) and ROS1 fusion proteins, which are known oncogenic drivers in various solid tumors. By inhibiting these kinases, HS-301 aims to disrupt the signaling pathways that promote tumor growth and survival. However, the development of this compound has reportedly been discontinued.
