Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS-IT101 (also known as FAST-TIL) is an autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) adoptive cell therapy developed by Qingdao Sino-Cell Biomedicine. It is characterized by an accelerated 14-day manufacturing process, which is significantly shorter than traditional TIL production timelines. The therapy is designed to treat advanced solid tumors, particularly melanoma that has become resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors. The treatment protocol involves a non-myeloablative lymphodepletion regimen followed by the infusion of HS-IT101 and subsequent low-dose interleukin-2 (IL-2) administration to support T-cell expansion and persistence in vivo.
