HS248

HS248 is an orally bioavailable, selective inhibitor of the gamma isoform of phosphoinositide-3 kinase (PI3Kγ). It is being developed primarily for its immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. The drug acts by inhibiting PI3Kγ, a key signaling molecule involved in immune cell regulation and tumor progression. Preclinical and early clinical studies suggest that targeting PI3Kγ may modulate the tumor microenvironment by affecting myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and CD8+ T cells, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immunity. HS248 is under development by Hanhui Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and myelodysplastic syndrome[1][2][3][4].
