HS370 is a preclinical-stage recombinant fusion protein originally developed by 35Pharma and subsequently acquired by GSK in 2024. It is designed as a ligand trap to modulate the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) superfamily signaling pathway, which is a key driver of tissue remodeling, fibrosis, and inflammation in various pathologies. HS370 is part of a portfolio intended to strengthen GSK's presence in respiratory and inflammatory diseases, complementing the lead clinical asset HS235. By sequestering specific ligands within the TGF-beta superfamily, HS370 aims to inhibit aberrant downstream signaling that contributes to the progression of conditions such as pulmonary hypertension and other chronic respiratory disorders.
