Overview
HS387 is a selective small molecule inhibitor of kinesin family member 18A (KIF18A), being developed as an oral therapy for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including high-grade serous ovarian cancer. KIF18A is a mitotic kinesin motor protein involved in chromosome alignment and spindle dynamics during cell division; its inhibition may impair tumor cell proliferation, making HS387 a potential targeted anticancer agent. The drug was independently developed by Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical, also referenced as Haizheng Pharmaceutical in several reports[1][5][6][7].
