Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HS630 is an investigational **biosimilar antibody-drug conjugate** to trastuzumab emtansine developed by Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical and Beijing Mabworks Biotech for **HER2-positive breast cancer**, particularly locally advanced or metastatic disease. It consists of a recombinant humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody linked to **DM1**, a maytansinoid microtubule inhibitor, and is intended to reproduce the reference product's combined mechanisms of **HER2 signaling antagonism**, **targeted intracellular delivery of a tubulin inhibitor**, and **antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity**. Clinical development has been reported in Phase 1, including study CTR20181755 evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy in patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer.
