Preclinical studies specifically highlight activity in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and suggest potential for other MYC-driven cancers. HSB-510 achieves high tumor selectivity, enhanced bioavailability, and controlled release, and is being developed primarily by Hillstream BioPharma as a novel therapy for MYC-dependent tumors and solid tumors[1][2][4][7][9][12].
