Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HSC100 is an investigational allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell therapy consisting of CD34-positive hematopoietic stem cells expanded ex vivo from umbilical cord blood using an epigenetic modulation platform. It is being developed to improve engraftment and reduce graft failure in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic malignancies, addressing the historical limitation of low stem cell dose in single cord blood units by expanding both the number and quality of transplantable stem cells.[1][4][7]
